Terms and conditions to participate in this scientific conference

Firstly, general conditions:

1. Participants must not contradict Islamic principles, values and rulings.
2. The participants content should not contradict with the conference aims and objectives.
3. That the subject of the submitted work must be within the topics of the conference themes and activities.
4. That the submitted publication must not have been accepted for publication in any scientific journal or published previously in any national or international conference
5. Participants contents are subject to examination by specialists through a program specializing in verifying scientific reference, and the participation of those who are proven of breach of scientific trust, or who violates one of the conditions above, will be prohibited to participate.

Secondly, format and rules for submission of scientific paper:

1. Adherence to all the rules of scientific research, with the availability of originality in the submitted scientific material.
2. The research should be written in Arabic or English language, with an obligation to write in a sound, grammatical, and spelling-proof language.
3. The scientific research pages should not exceed 15 pages including references, appendices, pictures and charts, and must not be less than 5 pages. The research should include the following contents: the cover page with the title of the research and the names of the participants, page for abstract of the research, introduction, problem statement, objectives of the study, research materials and methods, discussion, results and recommendations, summary and scientific references
4. Pictures and charts must not exceed 6 units.
5. Number of words for the abstract should not exceed 250 words. It must include; introduction, problem statement, methodology used for the study, a summary of results and important recommendations of the study. The abstract should be uploaded as a separate file.
6. Paper should be written on computer (using MS Word program), size A4, according to the template attached here (template in Arabic) , (template in English) and must be uploaded along with the signature on the approval form.
